No occupancy in units beyond actual space in beds, unless prior arrangements have been made witth property owners.
No motor homes, trailers, or tents permitted for additional occupancy.
Return all kitchen ware and furniture to proper units at end of visit.
Be considerate of arrival and departure times so that proper care can be given to each unit.
Keep grills outside of screened areas.
Do not use space heaters, portable heating devices or ovens as heating devices in the bungalows.
There is no lifeguard on duty - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Keep all powerboats away from swimming area.
Do not jump, dive, play on, or fish off the dock.

Deposits are required to hold reservations. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be returned only if the unit(s) is re-rented for that time period. All balances are due three weeks prior to the rental period.

To ensure that everyone has a safe, relaxing, and fun-filled vacation, we've adopted a few simple rules:
Keep boats tied to mooring buoys when not in use.
Return all lawn furniture to porches when not in use.
Use the driveway and parking closest to your unit.
Do not drive vehicles on the lawns.
Place trash in proper receptacles. Trash must be in clear bags and must be placed in the garbage cans at the top of the driveway.
Blue garbage cans outside the bungalows are for RECYCLABLES ONLY (cans, bottles, plastics). Recycling is mandatory in Fulton County. See recycling hand out in rental unit for instructions.
